Freehold Acquisition

Leaseholders who wish to increase the value or marketability of their property may well like to consider acquiring the Freehold and thereby gain control of how the property is run. This may be for a variety of reasons most commonly because they cannot benefit from the Right to Manage Legislation or have been offer pre-emptive rights as a leaseholder on a sale of the freehold. The purchase of the freehold is most commonly exercised by the collective leaseholders of the property or by any one or number of them.
