Through our brokers we are able to arrange comprehensive insurance cover for our managed properties and all the range of potential areas risk they are exposed to including for:

Due to the volume of properties insured our brokers are able to obtain the most favourable terms from all the leading insurers. We also recommend a full review of the current insurance position as we often identify inaccuracies or omission in the original insurance proposal that could potentially invalidate, or at least devalue the cover and/or reduce the premium being paid. For all insurance that we arrange we manage all claims by carrying out an initial assessment to ensure only valid claims are brought and by then working closely with the claimant, our brokers and the insurers to submit, track and progress insurance claims efficiently.
